  • Alignment & Stability: Engineered ribs, biomechanically enhanced structures, and patented activation zones help support alignment from feet to knees, hips, and back for smoother movement.

  • Shock Absorption & Durability: A gel-padded heel cup absorbs impact and helps keep your heel secure, while durable materials hold up through long days outdoors.

  • Customisable Fit: Compatible with the ALINE TABs Kit (sold separately) so you can fine-tune foot tilt and alignment in bulky winter boots.

Overview

Plantar Fasciitis is irritation and swelling of the thick tissue on the bottom of the foot. When the fascia is inflamed, it can be painful and make walking difficult. The most common complaint is pain along the bottom of the arch and heel. Many times the pain starts in the heel and is confused with a heel spur. Sharp pain is usually worse in the morning and will often subside throughout the day. By the end of the day the pain may be replaced by a dull ache that improves with rest and treatment. Plantar Fasciitis is a repetitive stretching of the fascia from collapsing arches that are unsupported and leads to excessively shearing from no stability.

The ALINE Solution: ALINEs can resolve this issue by supporting the foot and creating a suspension system under your foot, the same way your car has a suspension system. This allows your foot to withstand impacts when walking, running, or participating in any other sport. Your forefoot will no longer slide and stretch the fascia bands under your foot. Even if you already have plantar fasciitis, we find that most people using ALINEs experience reduced pain in less than two weeks.

Many insole brands have one goal — comfort. While this is one of our goals for ALINE insoles, we also want to help you feel and perform better. If you look inside a lot of other shoe insert products, you will find they either are full of foam (which can cause instability) or too hard and not dynamic, causing your natural foot function to shut down.

When you look inside a pair of ALINE Insoles, you see more than 100 dynamic support and suspension structures that allow your foot to move freely during activities. Our patented technology allows active alignment, which means your foot can move naturally inside your shoe through your every motion and activity.

ALINE insoles are the only insoles that improve ankle and knee alignment by 66%, which helps boost performance and prevent overpronation and oversupination while reducing injuries from plantar fasciitis.

Many custom orthotics are molded to one rigid shape. But your foot isn't static — it moves and flexes with each step. When you look at the structure of ALINE Insoles, you can see over 100 moving support and suspension structures that restore your foot's natural functions inside your shoe, aligning your lower body and allowing you to move across varying terrains while keeping your feet moving freely!

Yes, we recommend ALINE Insoles for all ages. In today's world, where footwear often lacks proper support, offering more structural support for the feet is crucial, especially for younger generations. The potential for damage is significant due to the prevalence of unnaturally hard surfaces and the prevailing footwear trends. However, using ALINE Insoles helps ensure that the foot remains engaged, promoting stable growth and correct body movement.
